Perpetuity Capital focuses on providing Private Equity Fund Management Services to our investors through a regulated fund structure.  Our fund will be regulated in jurisdictions that are most suitable for the specific investment strategy of the fund. 

In our capacity as a private equity fund manager, we at Perpetuity Capital direct the management of independently incorporated and regulated Funds.  Our primary objective is to invest in small to medium enterprises in Australasia and Asia Pacific.  Our investment gestation period is 3-7 years in which we add value to the investment through:

• Improving strategy and corporate governance
• Transferring skills and technologies from one country to the other within our target markets
• Capitalising on the expanding size and wealth of the regional economies
• Restructuring the enterprise's balance sheet and/or market/s penetration strategies
• Finding and executing the most appropriate exit strategies
